Even with plans to rebuild, one issue has yet to be addressed; reestablishment of the vendors. Even though everyone’s situation is different, for the vast majority, everything they were able to sale became victim of consequence. So what does this mean to the local economy? Even if a new building were erected next week, most of the would-be vendors would have nothing to fill the spaces.
